Refund/Cancellation

Cancellation:

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your user account.
• Navigate to the "Cancel order" section.
• Select the appropriate cancellation reason:
• Pre-shipment cancellation. 

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds for manufacturing defects

Refunds will only be provided if the product has a manufacturing defect. If you have received a defective product, please follow these steps:

Go to the "Support ticket" button in your user profile "My orders" and within 24 hours of receiving the product. 

Provide detailed information about the defect and include clear photographs.

2. Refunds for Pre-shipment order cancellations

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, the refund will be processed as follows: 

• The refund will be initiated to the original source of payment (Credit card, debit card, etc.), minus deduction. 
• The deduction covers administrative and processing costs associated with the cancellation. 
• Refund will be processed within 6-8 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
